Outreach Team Openings

Welcome lunch crew

Every month or two, we invite any new attendees to join us for a meal after the second meeting on Sunday. This team prepares and serves that meal and helps welcome our guests. Tap the button below to contact Jeremiah Anderson, who oversees our Outreach Teams, about how you can serve alongside them.

Door greeter

Enjoy interacting with others and meeting new people? Being a Door Greeter at our Sunday meetings is a great way to exercise your welcoming attitude to members and guests. Team members serve at one Sunday meeting for an entire month, then have a month off. Tap the button below to email Josh Doak for more details.

Sunday Usher

Our Sunday Usher is stationed near the entry area of the church building during the meeting to welcome people who arrive late, oversee the parking lot, and address and aid in helping with any issues that arise outside the meeting room. Ushers serv one Sunday meeting for an entire month, then have a month off. Tap the button below to email Josh Doak for more details.

Coffee Preparer

This person arrives at the church building about an hour before the first meeting to make coffee and prepare the coffee/tea bar. This is a great service opportunity for those who are more reserved and do not feel as comfortable engaging with large numbers of people. This team member makes the coffee each Sunday for a month, then has a month off. Tap the button below to email Josh Doak for more details.

This is a seasonal volunteer opportunity that will span spring and summer. Tap the button below to email the team leader, Brock Thornberry.

Sunday Morning Coordinator (SMC)

The SMC is responsible for making sure things flow smoothly on Sunday mornings. SMCs work closely with the Welcome Team, the Coffee and Communion Teams, the Children’s Ministry Team/Acting Director, and the Sunday Morning Manager. Tap the button below to email the team leader, Brock Thornberry.
